NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at an election to be held in the Village of Cleveland on Tuesday, April 3, 2012, the following offices are to be elected to succeed the present incumbents listed. The term of office begins on Tuesday, April 17, 2012. All terms are for two years.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the first day to circulate nomination papers is Thursday, December 1, 2011, and the final day for filing nomination papers is 5:00 PM on Tuesday, January 3, 2012, in the office of the Village Clerk-Treasurer.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that if a primary is necessary, the primary will be held on Tuesday, February 21, 2012.

OPEN TRUSTEE SEATS FOR SPRING BALLOT
Village Trustee Marilyn Mrotek has filed notice she will not be on the ballot for the Spring Election on April 3, 2012. Village Trustee John Husband previously resigned his position, and his seat is also available.
Nomination papers can be circulated now through January 3, 2012, and can be picked up at:

There are three Trustee seats on the spring ballot. The remaining incumbent is Trustee Chris Jost, who has not yet officially declared for this race.
