2018 Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System Improvements

The Village of Cleveland will receive proposals for the construction of 2018 Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition System Improvements project until 2:00 p.m. local time on February 19, 2018 (Deadline extended to February 21, 2018). Proposals shall be submitted electronically to Greg Gunderson, at MSA Professional Services, Inc., Madison, WI.

The work for which proposals are asked includes the following:

Control upgrades are proposed at Well #1, Well #2, Water Tower, Westview Lift Station, Hika Lift Station, and Wastewater Treatment Plant. The work includes, but not limited to, the installation of control panels, instrumentation, radio telemetry & communication equipment, programmable logic controllers, variable speed drives, flow meters, pump motors, electrical service, SCADA computer, tablet computers, software, programming, integration with existing control and electrical equipment, and associated conduit and wiring.

Copies of the proposal documents are available from MSA Professional Services, Inc. or the Village of Cleveland upon request.

No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check equal to at least 5% of the amount proposed, payable to the OWNER, as a proposal security. The security will be held by the Owner until contract award or 60 days after the proposal deadline, whichever occurs first.

No bidder may withdraw his proposal within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.

OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all proposals.
