MEETING CALENDARS

The regular meeting of the VILLAGE BOARD is the third Tuesday each month at 6pm, except the following meetings are held the second Tuesday: the February meeting is moved to the second Tuesday if there is a February primary election since the statutory election date is the third Tuesday; and the April meeting is moved to the second Tuesday since the statutory date for the organizational meeting is the third Tuesday.

The regular meeting of the PLAN COMMISSION is the first Wednesday each month at 6pm, except the Commission does not meet in January and July except by special meeting due to conflicts with the New Year and Fourth of July holidays.

The meetings of the STANDING COMMITTEES are set by each committee at the first meeting of the new term and are subject to change based on workload and committee member availability.  There are frequent changes to standing committee meeting dates.

The meetings of the BOARD OF REVIEW, INSURANCE COMMITTEE, JOINT REVIEW BOARD, and ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS are scheduled as needed.

Public Hearing – Petition for Rezoning

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Plan Commission has filed Petition 2026-PTA-02 to rezone land annexed into the Village of Cleveland on November 17, 2023, to C-1 Conservancy District and R-1 Single- and Two-Family Residential District.

The parcel is located on the west side of N Westview Street, approximately 700 feet north of the intersection of N Westview Street and W Washington Avenue.

The Plan Commission will complete its findings and submit a recommendation to the Village Board at its meeting at 6pm on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at the Cleveland Village Hall, 1150 W Washington Ave, Cleveland, Wisconsin.

The Village Board will hold a public hearing at 6pm on April 14, 2026, at the Cleveland Village Hall. The purpose is to hear public comments on the Plan Commission’s recommendation to grant, modify, or deny the petition.

The petition is available at http://www.clevelandwi.gov and at the Clerk’s Office during walk-in hours, 10am-12noon, 12:30pm-4pm, Mondays through Thursdays; or by appointment by calling 920‑693-8181. Interested parties unable to attend the public hearing are welcome to submit written comments by letter through the Village Hall drop box; by mail to PO Box 87, Cleveland, WI 53015; or by email to swilker@clevelandwi.gov.
