MEETING CALENDARS
The regular meeting of the VILLAGE BOARD is the third Tuesday each month at 6pm, except the following meetings are held the second Tuesday: the February meeting is moved to the second Tuesday if there is a February primary election since the statutory election date is the third Tuesday; and the April meeting is moved to the second Tuesday since the statutory date for the organizational meeting is the third Tuesday.
The regular meeting of the PLAN COMMISSION is the first Wednesday each month at 6pm, except the Commission does not meet in January and July except by special meeting due to conflicts with the New Year and Fourth of July holidays.
The meetings of the STANDING COMMITTEES are set by each committee at the first meeting of the new term and are subject to change based on workload and committee member availability. There are frequent changes to standing committee meeting dates.
The meetings of the BOARD OF REVIEW, INSURANCE COMMITTEE, JOINT REVIEW BOARD, and ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS are scheduled as needed.

Ordinance No. 2026-O-01 – An Ordinance to Amend Section 5-3-44 (a) – Relating to Seasonal Sewer Charges
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Gage Mitchell has filed Petition 2026-PTA-01 requesting the rezoning of Lots 20 and 21 in Parkview Subdivision, from I-2 Industrial District to R-2 Single- and Two-Family Residential District.
The petitioner proposes to purchase the two lots from the Village of Cleveland and construct a new single- or two-family residential building on each lot. The applicant also intends to adjust the interior lot boundary as necessary to meet the zoning requirements of the R-2 District and meet all applicable Village standards.
The Plan Commission will issue findings and prepare a recommendation for the Village Board at its meeting at 6pm on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at the Cleveland Village Hall, 1150 W Washington Ave, Cleveland, Wisconsin.
The Village Board will hold a public hearing as part of its meeting at 6pm on March 17, 2026, at the Cleveland Village Hall. The purpose is to hear public comments on the petition and Plan Commission recommendation to grant, modify, or deny the petition.
The petition is available at http://www.clevelandwi.gov and at the Clerk’s Office during walk-in hours, 10am-12noon, 12:30pm-4pm, Mondays through Thursdays; or by appointment by calling 920‑693-8181. Interested parties unable to attend the public hearing are welcome to submit written comments by letter through the Village Hall drop box; by mail to PO Box 87, Cleveland, WI 53015; or by email to swilker@clevelandwi.gov.
