“Open Book” is the public’s opportunity to examine the assessment roll, discuss how an assessment was determined, and learn how to file with the Board of Review. An assessor will be available via phone appointments only on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, from 4pm to 6pm. Go to www.accurateassessor.com; click OPEN BOOK ASSISTANT; choose Cleveland from the Municipality drop down menu; enter your parcel number or street address, click on phone appointment under actions to choose your Open Book date and time; and enter your personal information. If you don’t have Internet access, call Accurate Appraisal at 1-920-749-8098 to schedule the call.
Property information and the assessment roll book will be available online at www.accurateassessor.com. The assessment roll will also be accessible on the Village website at https://www.clevelandwi.gov/assessments/or during Village Hall walk-in hours as soon as available. You can also email questions or information to the assessor at question@accurateassessor.com.

The Village of Cleveland Police Department shall have the power to declare when ATV/UTV routes are either open or closed. Such openings and closures may be posted on the Village website or the Police Department Facebook page.
