Effective July 1, 2019, the Village of Cleveland requires a license to operate the following types of tourist and transient guest housing facilities.  Application forms are available below:

Hotel, Motel, Auto Court Application.  The application fee is $50 per unit, minimum fee of $250.

Bed-and-Breakfast Facility Application.  The application fee is $50 per unit, minimum fee of $150.
Boarding or Rooming House Application.  The application fee is $50 per unit, minimum fee of $150.
Tourist Rooming House Application.  The application fee is $50 per unit, minimum fee of $150.
