NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TDK Group LLC, 1278 Alpine Ct (Highland Lodge), has filed a Conditional Use Permit 2024-CUP-01 application to allow a portion of the existing detached garage to be remodeled for innkeeper’s quarters, without change to building height or footprint.

The Village Board is scheduled to hold a public hearing at its May 21, 2024, 6pm, meeting to accept public comment and possibly act on the Plan Commission’s recommendation. The meeting will be held at the Village Hall, 1150 W Washington Ave., Cleveland, Wisconsin.

The application is available at www.clevelandwi.gov; at the Clerk’s Office during walk-in hours, 10am-12noon, 12:30pm-4pm, Mondays through Thursdays; or by appointment by calling 920‑693-8181.
